Imani Family Healthcare is a practice that provides mental health services via technology. We provide services including but not limited to, psychiatric evaluation, risk assessment, diagnosis, and treatment in the comfort of your home. Our electronic health record that has the c telehealth that is HIPPA compliant. Your safety, privacy and confidential is our priority. This website provides you with information on the services we provide and information other available community services.
Judith graduated from The University of Arizona with both her PhD in Nursing research focusing on vulnerable population and rural health, and her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) with a focus on family practice. She then decided to get her postgraduate certificate as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner in 2021 at Arizona State University. Judith has practiced in different areas since graduation including Primary Care, internal medicine, Inpatient substance use detox, and psychiatric units. As a dual-certified Family Nurse practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Judith is better placed to identify not only your mental health concern but also your physical health and get you to the right provider if necessary. She is currently accepting new patients or mental health services on telemedicine only. She performs psychiatric evaluation, medication assistant treatment for substance use, manage chronic psychiatric and mental health condition through medication prescriptions, medication management, and referrals to appropriate therapy as necessary.
